Jim Goodson and his son Jamie have offered to sell a series of two prints depicting moments in Jim Goodson's career in the 4th FG to help build the 4th FG Memorial.
The first print shows Jim and Bob Wehrman escorting a very badly shot up Don blakeslee over the White Cliffs of Dover after Jim had shot off 2 FW-190's from Don's tail. It's signed by the artist, Jim Goodson, Don Blakeslee and Bob Wehrman.
The second depicts when Jim was shot down while on a strafing mission. It's signed by the artist, Jim Goodson and Rudolph Opitz, a former Me-163 test pilot.
The price is $50 per print and $5 for S&H per print. $25 dollars goes to the 4th FG Memorial Fund to help pay for the memorial. The other $30 goes to cover the costs of printing and S&H.
NOTE! If you send money directly to the 4th FG Memorial through Robert Baumgart, that is a direct donation and will not get you a print! If you want a print, you have to send the correct amount to the attached address!!
